Your front glass is the first thing anyone sees before they decide whether to walk in. It’s also the thing that slides down the list every week until somebody points it out.
We handle it on a schedule so you stop having to think about it.

What we cover
- Storefronts — retail frontage, entry doors, and the glass at eye level that shows every handprint
- Offices — interior and exterior, lobbies, conference room glass, partitions
- Restaurants — front glass, entry doors, patio enclosures, and the grease film that regular glass cleaner won’t touch
- Corporate buildings — multi-story exteriors and large lobby glass
Recurring service, and what it saves you
Most of our commercial customers are on a standing schedule. It’s cheaper per visit and the glass never gets to the point where it needs a deep clean.
Weekly service is 15% off.
Monthly service is 10% off.
There’s a practical reason beyond the discount. Glass that gets cleaned weekly takes a fraction of the time glass that gets cleaned twice a year takes, because nothing has had a chance to bond to it. Hard water spotting from irrigation, road film, grease from a kitchen exhaust, all of it comes off easily when it’s fresh and turns into real labor when it isn’t.
Dave M. started with his house and moved us over to his business:
“It was so good I hired them to do the windows at my business as well. And now, I’m on a regular monthly service schedule.”
Working around your hours
We’re out 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and we take Saturday appointments. For most storefronts and restaurants that means we come before you open or during a slow stretch, whichever you’d rather. Tell us what works and we’ll build the route around it.
We’re a two person operation, which is worth knowing here. Alex and Molly are who show up. You won’t have a different crew every month, you won’t have to re-explain your access or your alarm code, and you’ll know who’s on your property.
We’re licensed and insured
Property managers and building owners usually ask this first, so here it is up front. Radiant Window Care is licensed and insured. We can provide proof of insurance before we start.
For anything above ground level we use a water fed pole system, which keeps us off ladders in walkways and parking areas where a ladder is a liability of its own.

Where we work
We cover businesses across Sacramento including Downtown and Midtown, plus Rancho Cordova, Rocklin, Roseville, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Gold River, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, Lincoln, and Auburn.
Questions we get from business owners
How often should our glass be cleaned?
Depends on foot traffic and what’s around you. A busy retail entry with a lot of hands on the door does best weekly. An office with glass set back from the street can go monthly. A restaurant with a patio and a kitchen exhaust usually wants weekly. We’ll tell you what we’d recommend after we look at it.
Do you do interiors too?
Yes. Lobbies, partitions, conference room glass, entry doors on both sides.
Can you come before we open?
Yes. We start at 7am and can usually work that in.
Do we sign a contract?
No. The recurring discount applies as long as you’re on the schedule. If you want to stop, tell us.
Do you clean the glass on our patio enclosure?
Yes. Patio glass and enclosure panels come with the restaurant and storefront work.
Are you insured?
Yes, licensed and insured, and we’ll send proof before the first visit if you need it for your file.
