What we do on a storefront
Frontage glass, inside and out. The full run of window, not just the parts at eye level.
Entry doors, both sides. Push plates, handles, the glass around them, and the bottom third where feet and carts hit.
Door and window frames. Wiped down, because clean glass in a grubby frame still reads dirty.
Low panes. The bottom of a storefront window takes splash from the sidewalk and it’s the part people notice from the street when it’s neglected.
Frequency is the whole game here
A storefront cleaned weekly takes a fraction of the time a storefront cleaned twice a year takes. Nothing has bonded to the glass. Street film, hand oil, and hard water spotting all come off easily when they’re fresh and become real labor when they’re not.

Most retail frontage does best weekly if you’re on a busy street, monthly if you’re set back in a center with less foot traffic. We’ll tell you which we think you need after we look at it.
Before you open
We start at 7am, which for most storefronts means we’re done before your doors unlock. We can also work a slow stretch mid-morning or mid-afternoon if that’s easier. Tell us your rhythm and we’ll fit the route around it.
We also take Saturday appointments if a weekday visit doesn’t work.
Who shows up
Alex and Molly. Same two people every visit. You won’t be re-explaining your access, your alarm, or which panel sticks to a new crew each month, and you’ll always know who’s on your property.
We’re licensed and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance if your landlord or property manager needs one on file.

Is there a contract?

Do you clean the signage or awnings?
Glass, doors, and frames are what we do. Ask about anything else and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s in our lane.
Can you provide proof of insurance?
Yes, we’ll send a COI on request.
How do you quote a business?
We come look at it. Photos work fine for houses, but a business has access, height, and traffic considerations that we’d rather see in person.
