Corporate Building Window Cleaning

Larger buildings mean bigger glass, more of it, and access questions that a ladder doesn’t answer.

Cleaning full-height storefront glass at a business in Auburn, CA

How we handle height

We use a water fed pole system for upper story exterior glass. Purified water is fed up the pole to a brush head, the glass gets scrubbed and rinsed, and it dries without spotting because there’s nothing dissolved in the water to leave behind.

For a commercial property that solves several problems at once. No ladders in walkways or parking stalls where people are moving. No equipment blocking an entrance. No weight on window frames or a canopy. We work from the ground and stay out of the way of your building.

Being straight about the limit: this method works to a realistic height on a low- to mid-rise building. We’re a two person operation and we don’t do high-rise or suspended access work. If your building needs rope access or a boom, we’re not the right company and we’ll say so on the phone rather than after we’ve come out.

What we do

Upper story exterior glass from the ground with the pole.

Ground floor exterior including entrances and the glass that takes hands.

Lobby glass. Large atrium and lobby windows, both sides where they’re reachable.

Interior common area glass. Partitions, conference rooms, and interior storefront within suites.

Entry doors and frames.

Schedules

Larger buildings usually run monthly or quarterly on exteriors, with lobby and entry glass more often since that’s what takes the traffic.

Weekly is 15% off. Monthly is 10% off. No contract.

We’ll walk the property, count what’s actually there, and give you a real number and a recommended frequency. Commercial work we quote in person, not from photos.

Insurance and access

Licensed and insured, with a certificate of insurance available for your file before we start.

We’ll work to your access requirements: badge-in, escort, specific arrival windows, whatever your building runs. We’re out 7am to 6pm on weekdays and we take Saturday appointments if a weekend visit is easier for your tenants.

Who you’re hiring

Alex and Molly. Two people, and the same two every time.

For a building manager that’s worth something practical: you’re not onboarding a new crew every quarter, nobody’s re-learning your access procedure, and you always know exactly who’s on your property. It also means we’re honest about scale. A single building or a small campus is a good fit. A large multi-property portfolio isn’t, and we’d rather tell you that up front.

Questions we get

How high can you reach?
Low- and mid-rise exterior glass with a water fed pole from the ground. We don’t do high-rise or suspended access work.

Do you use lifts or rope access?
No. If your building requires either, you need a company that specializes in it.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, before the first visit.

Do you clean interior common areas?
Yes, lobby glass, partitions, and conference room glass.

How do you quote a commercial building?
In person. We walk it, count the glass, and look at the access before quoting.

Can you work around our tenants’ hours?
Yes. Tell us your constraints and we’ll schedule to them, including Saturdays.
