Mineral deposits from sprinkler overspray start building on glass within a day or two of getting hit. Left long enough, that buildup stops sitting on the surface and etches into the glass, and etched glass can’t be cleaned back to clear by anyone.
Regular cleaning is what stops that. Not a product, not a coating. Just getting the buildup off before it has time to set.

Picking a frequency
Quarterly is the default we’d suggest for most homes here. Four times a year keeps buildup from establishing and keeps each visit short.
Twice a year works if your irrigation doesn’t touch the house and you don’t have heavy tree cover. Usually spring and fall.
More often than quarterly makes sense when sprinklers are hitting the glass directly and you’re trying to protect it, or when you’ve got a lot of ground-floor glass that gets used and touched.
Once a year is better than nothing, and it’s what most people default to. It’s just not enough to stop hard water in a sprinkler-heavy yard.
We’ll tell you honestly after the first job which of these your house actually needs. If quarterly is more than you need, we’ll say so.

Is there a contract?
No. Change it or stop it whenever.

Do I need to be home every time?
Not for exterior-only visits, as long as we can get into the yard. Interior visits need someone there.
Can I skip a visit?
Yes. Tell us and we’ll move it.
Does the plan include screens and tracks?
Screens and tracks come with a standard cleaning. Hard water removal is separate.
