Office glass is a different problem from retail. Less street grime, more interior glass, and a lot more of it than people realize once you start counting partitions.
What we cover in an office
Exterior glass. Ground floor and upper stories. For anything above reach we use a water fed pole from the ground rather than putting a ladder in a walkway or a parking stall.
Lobby and entry glass. The first thing anybody sees, and the glass that takes the most hands.
Interior partitions. Glass-walled offices and conference rooms are the modern build standard and they’re covered in fingerprints, marker ghosting, and the smudges that come from people leaning on them.
Conference room glass. Usually the room where clients sit, so it’s worth doing properly.
Entry doors, both sides. Handles, push plates, and the frame.
Working around a working office
We’re not loud and we’re not in the way. It’s two of us, we work a floor or a section at a time, and we can move around a meeting rather than through it.
We start at 7am, which for most offices means we can be well into the job before people are settled. If you’d rather we came at a specific time, tell us and we’ll build the schedule around it. Saturday appointments are available if you’d rather we weren’t there at all during the week.
Frequency
Offices generally don’t need weekly. Monthly or quarterly is typical, depending on how much interior glass you have and how much traffic goes through the lobby.
Weekly is 15% off. Monthly is 10% off. No contract.
The one thing that tends to drive frequency up is interior glass partitions. Those show every touch, and in an office where people are in and out of glass-walled rooms all day, they get bad faster than exterior windows do.

We’re licensed and insured and we’ll provide a certificate of insurance for your file.
We’re a two person operation, so we’re the right fit for a single building or a small office rather than a large multi-building portfolio. If that’s what you have, tell us and we’ll be honest about whether we can service it properly.

Do you clean interior glass partitions?
Yes. In most offices that’s the majority of the glass.
Can you work outside business hours?
We work 7am to 6pm weekdays plus Saturday appointments. Starting at 7am gets most offices done before the day gets going.
How often do offices need it?
Monthly or quarterly for most. Interior partition glass is usually what pushes it more frequent.
Do you do upper story exterior windows?
Yes, with a water fed pole from the ground.
Can you provide insurance documentation?
