We’re not going to put a fake price on this page. Here’s what we can tell you honestly, which is more than a made-up number would give you.
What sets the price on a house
Window count. The main one. More glass, more time.
Height. Single story, two story, or tall interior glass over a stairwell. Height changes the equipment and the time.
Interior and exterior, or exterior only. Exterior only costs less.
Screens. Removing, cleaning, and reinstalling screens takes real time.
Access. Tight side yards, slopes, locked gates, landscaping tight against the house.
Glass condition. This is the one photos can’t show. Hard water buildup is separate work at a separate price, because a standard cleaning won’t remove it.

Recurring discounts
Businesses
| Schedule | Discount |
|---|---|
| Weekly | 15% off |
| Monthly | 10% off |
No contract. The discount applies while you’re on the schedule. Change it or stop it whenever you want.
Homes
Residential recurring customers get a discount too, but it isn’t a fixed percentage. Houses and schedules vary too much for one number to be fair to everybody, so we set it when we quote you.

Why recurring costs less
It’s not only a discount. Glass that’s cleaned regularly is genuinely faster to clean, because nothing has had time to bond to it. Street film, dust, and mineral spotting all come off easily when they’re fresh.
A house that’s cleaned quarterly takes less time per visit than the same house cleaned once every three years. We’re passing along part of that.
There’s also the hard water side. Mineral deposits from sprinkler overspray start forming within a day or two, and left long enough they etch into the glass permanently. Regular cleaning is what prevents that, and it’s cheaper than finding out the glass can’t be saved. More on hard water
Bundling in one visit
Booking several things at once costs less than separate trips, and there’s a correct order:
- Windows last
Done in the other order you’d be paying for the windows twice.

Questions we get
How much does it cost to clean the windows on a house?
It depends on count, height, access, and condition. Send four photos and we’ll give you a real number instead of a guess.
Is there a minimum charge?
No. Send us what you’ve got and we’ll quote it.
Do you charge extra for hard-to-reach windows?
Height and access are part of the quote from the start, so there’s no surprise line item on the day.
Is the commercial discount really no contract?
Yes. Weekly 15%, monthly 10%, cancel or change whenever.
Do you charge for quotes?
No.
How can I pay?
Cash, check, ACH bank transfer, and all major cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also take Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. If you’d rather split it up, we offer Affirm.
