We’re based in Carmichael and we cover a good chunk of the Sacramento region from there. These are the places we actually go, not a list we padded out for the sake of it.

Sacramento
Old homes with wood frames that need careful handling, an enormous range of window types, and downtown storefront glass. East Sac in particular is a different job from anywhere else we work.
Rocklin
Newer two story homes with large windows and heavy irrigation. Hard water country.
Rancho Cordova
Anatolia, Mather Field, and the newest construction in the region. Big glass, tall interior windows, and sprinkler overspray.
The rest of our regular range
Carmichael — home base. Mature trees, mixed housing eras, and the fastest we can get anywhere.
Roseville — Sun City on one side, the brand new west side tracts on the other. Two completely different kinds of job.
Citrus Heights — older ranch homes, aluminum sliders, and tracks with decades in them.
Fair Oaks — big lots under heavy oak cover, plus the village.
Folsom — hillside two story homes and historic Sutter Street storefronts.
El Dorado Hills — large homes with tall interior glass over entries and staircases.
Granite Bay — estate homes and the highest, hardest to reach glass we deal with.
Gold River — a planned community with consistent homes and mature landscaping tight to the walls.
Elk Grove — flat newer tracts with heavy irrigation.
Lincoln — Sun City Lincoln Hills and the newer developments around it.
Auburn — foothill homes on steep lots, pine and oak debris, and Old Town storefronts.
The edge of our range
Auburn and Lincoln are about as far as we go before travel starts affecting the price.
Past those, ask us anyway. We can usually still come, it just costs more to get out there, and we’d rather tell you the number than turn you away.
We’re not going to claim we serve somewhere we don’t. If you’re outside this list we’ll say so and, where we can, point you toward somebody closer.

Homes: window cleaning inside and out, hard water removal, screens and solar screens, skylights, high and vaulted glass, post-construction, pre-listing, and recurring plans.
